The Platform obtains the information you provide when you register or subscribe for the services or products.

When you register with us, you provide information such as your name, age, email address, location, phone number, transaction-related information, information you provide when contacting us for help, information you enter into our system while using the Application, Services or products, and information obtained through GPS or other means such as geographical location.

Youhonk collects information about you, your use of the Platform and the devices used to access the Platform, including your activity on the Platform, search history, search inputs, pages viewed, page-view statistics, URLs with timestamps, IP address, browser settings, operating system, network information, device settings, crash reports, system activity, date, time and referral URL.

If any individual under 18 years of age uses the Platform, such use must be undertaken only with the strict supervision and approval of a parent, legal guardian or person having parental responsibility for the child. Youhonk will not be responsible for such usage in any manner.

Use of your Personal Information

The information collected by us is used for availing our services and for functions including rendering services, maintaining the Platform, evaluating the quality and competence of our personnel, resolving complaints, coordinating order delivery, notifying you about changes to our Platform, sending service updates, detecting, preventing and addressing technical issues, improving user experience, analysing trends, conducting research, administering the Platform, learning about user behaviour and gathering demographic and usage information.

We may share information upon merger or acquisition of Youhonk with another company. We follow a strict confidentiality policy for disclosure of confidential information to employees or personnel on a need-to-know basis, and any breach is dealt with stringently.

Transfer of Information

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, country or governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Policy followed by submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Third-Party Services

We may use your information to send promotional information about third parties that we think you may find interesting if you tell us you wish this to happen.

We are not responsible for disclosure of information due to unauthorised third-party access, acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control, unless caused directly by our negligence or wilful default.

We use support services of third-party platforms or companies to direct you to payment gateways when you pay for services. Your financial information is collected, stored and retained by such third-party platforms, and they undertake measures appropriate to the risks of processing your personal information and applicable law.

Once you leave the Platform, we are not liable for any use, storage, processing or collection of your information by third-party websites, payment facilitators or platforms. Such entities are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Currently, we plan to retain user information while an account is active and for at least three years afterwards. We may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements.

We will delete information based on a request received from you within a reasonable period and latest within ninety days of receiving a deletion request. However, we may retain portions of information for periods required under applicable law.

Youhonk may retain data after account deletion for reasons including unresolved account issues, unresolved claims or disputes, legal requirements, aggregated or anonymised records, fraud prevention, safety, security and legitimate business interests.

Log Information

When you access our Platform, our servers automatically record information your browser sends whenever you visit a website. Server logs may include web requests, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of request, and cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

User Communications

When you send an email or other communication to us, we may retain those communications to process inquiries, respond to requests and improve our services or products.

We may modify or revise this Policy from time to time and notify you of changes by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform with an updated revision date.

Intellectual Property Right

Except as mentioned below, all information, content, material, trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade secrets, including software, text, images, graphics, video, script and audio contained on the Platform, services and products, are the proprietary property of Youhonk.

No proprietary information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without prior written permission from the Company. Nothing on the Platform or services confers any licence, right, interest or title in intellectual property rights belonging to the Company.

Youhonk retains full and complete title to the information, content, materials and proprietary information provided by the Company on any medium.

Certain content on the Platform may belong to third parties and is reproduced after consent. Rights relating to such content remain with those third parties. You acknowledge that ownership of third-party trademarks, copyrights, logos, service marks and other intellectual property remains with the respective party.

Your use of our products, Platform and services is solely for personal use. Any use other than personal use is prohibited. Your use does not grant any right or licence to use our service marks or trademarks without prior written permission from Youhonk.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell information or software obtained from the website, services or products, or remove copyright, trademark registration or proprietary notices.

You must not use the Platform, products or services for unauthorised commercial purposes, advertising or selling, solicitation, unlawful purposes, or in any way that harms Youhonk or any other person or entity as determined by Youhonk.

Users must not make available misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive, hateful or otherwise objectionable content; stalk, intimidate or harass others; transmit unlawful material; interfere with others' use; infringe intellectual property; impersonate others; transmit malicious code; damage or overload servers; disrupt security; use automated scraping or similar tools; alter services; or violate applicable law or this Policy.

By submitting content through the services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such material in any media or distribution methods now known or later developed, and to associate your material with you except as described in this Policy.

If you delete your user account, your material and name may remain available through the services. Youhonk may make changes, corrections, withdrawals or additions to content at any time without notice. Youhonk and third parties do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information and materials on the Platform for any particular purpose.

Consequences of Breach and Indemnification

In the event of a breach of the Policy, you may be liable to pay liquidated damages along with costs of recovery and compensate Youhonk for losses incurred due to the breach.

Youhonk is entitled to immediately suspend or terminate services provided to you if any terms of the Policy are breached.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Youhonk, its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses including attorney fees arising from breach of this Policy.

In no event shall Youhonk, its officers, directors, employees, partners or agents be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of use, data or profits, arising from or connected with your use of or access to the Platform.

General Provisions

Notice: Notices served by the Company shall be provided via email to your account or as a general notification on the Application. Notices to the Company should be sent to support@youhonk.com.

Entire Agreement: This Policy and any other guidelines applicable to the Platform or services constitute the entire agreement between Youhonk and you with respect to access to or use of the Platform and services.

Assignment: You cannot assign or transfer your obligations under this Policy or any right granted under it to a third party. Youhonk's rights under this Policy are freely transferable without requiring your consent.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of the Policy shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by Youhonk to enforce or exercise any provision of the Policy or related right shall not constitute a waiver. You acknowledge that Youhonk has provided a reasonable opportunity to review this Policy and that you have agreed to it.
